In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
References to "sports betting" include but are not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and MotoGP. References to Indonesian banking methods include BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use apg9 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
apg9 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia when accessing our platform and placing bets. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of apg9 services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

apg9 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking methods:
All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary during non-business hours or Indonesian public holidays.
Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval. VIP members enjoy priority processing within 12 hours.
You must wager your deposit at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal eligibility. This anti-money laundering measure ensures apg9 is not used as a money transfer service. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion.
apg9 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Amounts displayed on the platform reflect IDR unless otherwise stated.
Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. See Section 5 for detailed bonus terms.
Always deposit from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not registered to you) will be rejected and returned minus any applicable transaction fees. This protects both you and apg9 from fraud and money laundering.
apg9 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which must be met before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable.
Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager bonus funds before converting them to real money. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering:
Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before claiming a new one. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7-30 days). Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active, usually Rp 50,000 per bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus wagering is active may void bonus and associated winnings.
apg9 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profit, or exploiting software errors. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns.
All bets are subject to acceptance by apg9. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly for unusually large stakes or bets placed on events where we suspect inside information. Once a bet is accepted and a bet confirmation number is issued, the bet stands as placed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming placement.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other football leagues are settled according to full-time results (90 minutes + injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts count only for bets explicitly including those periods.
Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets give a virtual advantage/disadvantage to teams to balance odds. For example, a -1.5 handicap means the favored team must win by 2+ goals for the bet to win. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections; all must win for payout. One losing selection voids the entire parlay.
If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets stand. If postponement exceeds 48 hours or the match is cancelled, bets are void and stakes returned. For mix parlay bets, if one match is postponed/cancelled, that selection is treated as void (odds 1.00) and the parlay recalculates with remaining selections.
All slot games, togel, and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by apg9 or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for transparency and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of spins.

Abusive behavior, collusion attempts, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate ejection and potential account suspension. Bet-behind and multi-seat play are permitted where available.
In the rare event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, apg9 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to pre-bet amounts. If a malfunction results in incorrect winnings being credited, we reserve the right to deduct the erroneous amount. Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately via customer support.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action where applicable. apg9 cooperates with law enforcement authorities to investigate suspected fraud and criminal activity.
While apg9 strives for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from inability to access the platform, provided such disruption was not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
apg9 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or malicious code. You use apg9 services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apg9's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
apg9 is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service provider failures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which apg9 operates under license. You acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and you are responsible for ensuring your compliance with local regulations.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact apg9 customer support via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We commit to responding to all complaints within 48 hours and resolving disputes within 14 days where reasonably possible. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith discussion.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and decisions shall be final and binding on both parties.
apg9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of apg9 services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
